Here's one of the last of my Revulet Fidget spinners.  I'm selling these without buttons so you will need to use one of your own.  The bearing is r-188, and you will need a button which is right for that bearing and can clear 1/4" core material.  The button should not be larger than 3/4" in diameter.  I have tested this exact piece and it spins quietly and without any wobble.   These were originally designed for Nomad Brand Buttons, but those are no longer available.
 
Core and scales are titanium, screws and 1/4" caged bearings are stainless steel.  Overall diameter is 1.875"
